Huberman was asked to teach the classes for one year.  He fell in love with teaching and became credentialed.  Now, 13 years later, he is still teaching four nights a week and Saturdays.

A licensed building contractor for the past 30 years, Huberman has taught  over 3000 students  since 1990 in his Construction Law and Business Class. In 1997, Huberman researched and developed state and federal programs at WVOC to help students further their education.  He also developed a new Job Placement Center at WVOC, which is a model for the LAUSD system. Over the past dozen years, Huberman has worked with many San Fernando Valley and surrounding communities as a volunteer and WVOC representative.
